Individuals who are Owners/Operators of vessels and who reside in St. Kitts & Nevis, should in the first instance contact the Director of Maritime Affairs, Department of Maritime Affairs, Ministry of Public Works, Utilities, Transport & Posts about the Registration process for their vessels.
