Certificate Validation

If you wish to check the validity of any certificate or document issued by St. Kitts & Nevis International Ship Registry please send your enquiry by fax or email to us. You should include the following details of the certificate you are checking;

For Vessels:

• Name of Ship
• IMO Number
• SKN Official Number
• Title of Certificate i.e. Certificate of Registry, Radio Station Licence
• Certificate Control Number (stamped at the foot of the certificate, also known as Controlled Certificate number on older certificates)

For Seafarers:

• Full Name of Seafarer as shown on Certificate
• Seafarer's Number
• Title of Certificate i.e. Certificate of Endorsement, Continuous Discharge Certificate
• Certificate Control Number (stamped at the foot of the certificate, also known as Controlled Certificate number on older certificates)

You should also include your full details, i.e. name of individual, name of organisation, full address, phone/fax/email.

On receipt of your enquiry we will check the details you have given and advise you if we have issued a Certificate containing the details given.
